Carefully disassemble and pack your items in their original shipping crates or boxes, ensuring all hardware and components are securely included to prevent transit damage.
Schedule Pickup or Drop-off
For large furniture items like pool tables, we will coordinate a professional freight pickup; for smaller accessories, simply use the provided prepaid shipping label at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item to confirm it is in original condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
